Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 100 g parsley 
- 100 g basil 
- 40 g capers 
- 6 anchovies 
- 30 ml lemon juice 
- 1 cloves garlic 
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil

- Food processor 
Method
In a food processor blitz the capers, anchovies, lemon juice and garlic until broken down. Add the roughly chopped parsley and basil and blitz until chopped and chunky. With the food processor running, add the olive oil in a stream. Taste and adjust seasoning.
